The following inflation calculator is provided by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics to calculate the cost differential based on the average Consumer Price index for the year. Inputs are in years only and range from 1914- Present. You also need to input the starting value and the inflation calculator will tell you the inflation adjusted price.
Most inflation calculators on the web only provide calculations like the calculator below based on average annual inflation.
